Refund Policy
Returns
Once the purchase is made and the product you ordered is delivered to the address you enter, there will be NO refunds or returns. If the address was entered wrong by you when making the purchase and it was sent to that address, there are no refunds.
The only option to initiate a return request is by receiving a product that you did not order, and to proceed you must send photographic evidence of the product you received, the original packaging and the shipping label. If any of these three elements is missing, the return will not proceed.
Because it is food there are no exceptions for a return if the product you chose is the one you received. Even if you intend to pay shipping costs, we cannot receive our product again due to quality policies, regardless of whether the product has apparently not been opened or altered. By proceeding with the purchase you accept our return and refund policies.
To complete your return or refund, we require to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (only if you received wrong products)
In order to proceed with a Refund, you must send us back the product in the original package. Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of your purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salseartegourmet@gmail.com
Shipping
Your shipments are through courier companies where the shipment can be damaged by mishandling. If your order was damaged, you must proceed against the courier company and request a refund through them. We do not claim packaging damage due to shipping issues.
In order to proceed to a refund or return, you must mail the product in the original package, so please do not destroy the product or the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please review your purchase order well before paying for it. Once the payment has been made, you are accepting Salsearte’s Gourmet refund and return policies.
